This free consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and determine whether Luminar Minds feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure or obligation to schedule ongoing services.

Because I believe quality mental health care should be accessible, I offer multiple reduced-cost options for individuals seeking support. Options may include counseling with a supervised MSW Intern or sliding scale counseling with a licensed therapist, depending on availability and eligibility.

Whether you’re experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen connection, counseling can help you better understand one another, improve communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

An ADHD evaluation can help provide clarity and a deeper understanding your experiences. This service includes a diagnostic interview, assessment measures, feedback, education about ADHD, a review of results, a basic diagnostic confirmation letter when appropriate, referrals, and personalized recommendations to support your next steps.

Immigration Evaluations
Compassionate, culturally responsive immigration evaluations for hardship waivers, VAWA petitions, U visa cases, and asylum cases. The evaluation process includes a comprehensive clinical interview, biopsychosocial assessment, and a detailed written report that is provided directly to your attorney for inclusion in your immigration case. Evaluations are conducted in a respectful, trauma-informed environment that honors the courage it takes to share your story.
