Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure that quality mental health care is not a privilege but a right accessible to everyone, regardless of financial status or insurance coverage. We are dedicated to providing affordable, compassionate counseling for individuals who feel overlooked by the traditional system.

We believe that healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe. That’s why we are committed to creating an environment where your unique story is honored and your struggles are met with empathy. You are the expert in your own life, and we are here to walk alongside you and help illuminate your path.

Our Vision

Our vision is to expand the reach of affordable, high-quality mental health care by fostering a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to making counseling accessible to everyone. By building a network of trusted clinicians who prioritize accessibility and affordability, we aim to ensure that anyone seeking support can connect with a professional who truly understands their needs.

The ultimate goal is to grow our practice into a collaborative space where counselors passionate about serving underserved communities can thrive and develop. By providing supervision and mentorship to new counselors, we aspire to cultivate the next generation of empathetic and skilled therapists dedicated to offering low-cost, high-impact care. This vision represents the foundation for creating lasting change in mental health accessibility, ensuring that quality care is available to all who need it.

Meet the Counselor

Hola! I’m Liliana (Lily) Aguilar Perez, M.Ed., LPC-Associate, supervised by Dr. Gregory S. Sparrow, LPC-S. I’m all about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can explore new ways of being, get real with yourself, and find peace in who you truly are. If you grew up in a tough, restrictive, or neglectful environment, you might feel like you’re always putting others first and feeling bad for taking care of yourself. I’m passionate about helping people heal those deep childhood wounds, find balance in their nervous system, and reconnect with their inner child.

I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families, starting as a coach in 2012 and later becoming a therapist. With a background in Family and Child Science, Public Health, and Clinical Mental Health, I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, polyvagal theory, inner child work, trauma-informed care, and IFS-informed techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, engaging in my extensive list of hobbies, experiencing new things, practicing self-care, and listening to music.
